HELP: H-1B transfer to H-4

请教大侠：

我的情况是I-140 已经批了。现在在申请H-1B renewal。 由于我的H-1B 快过期了， 我担心拿不到receipt 在H-1B 失效之前。我的律师建议我申请H-4来保住身份。

如果我转身份从H-1B 到H-4, 是否影响到我今后I-485申请？因为我工作过， 是否我的H-4 申请被拒的几率增加？

如果我的H-1B renewal 被批批准在先，我能cancel我的H-4 申请吗？

对我的情况， 大侠有什么高招？
