B-2签证已逾期, 现可否去Canada, 再入美国？

我B-2签证来美（B2 visa will be expired on September this year），去年九月来美，理应今年三月回国(I-94 expired on this March)，但有事逾期未归。现想买张机票去Canada，去时把旧的I-94给换了，入美国海关时拿一张新的I-94。跪问可行否？是否被Canada或美国的海关给扣住？若扣住了咋办？
