我B-2签证来美（B2 visa will be expired on September this year），去年九月来美，理应今年三月回国(I-94 expired on this March)，但有事逾期未归。现想买张机票去Canada，去时把旧的I-94给换了，入美国海关时拿一张新的I-94。跪问可行否？
-No. Because your B2 status expired and you did not leave U.S. nor extended your status, your B2 visa is invalid (you can not use this visa any more). You need to apply for a new B2 visa to enter U.S.

是否被Canada或美国的海关给扣住？若扣住了咋办？
