国籍是英国籍，不知能不能也这样操作？
还有您说She also can get the H4 I-94 /status at the port of entry by providing your H1 approval notice and then, file I-485.难道H4也可以落地签，无需在中国先签证么？
-I assumed her citizenship was Canadian. I am really not sure whether英国籍 is the same as Canadian or not. For the safe reason, she had better get the H4 visa outside U.S.and that should be easy.

另外关于这个follow to join的问题，我的公司律师说一般需要一年，即使排期当前也需要那么久么？
-Normally, 6 months to one year, case by case. If she can file I-485 before your I-485 is approved, she can get her GC nearly at the same time with yours.
