各位老师，我有些关于配偶绿卡申请的问题想请教一下
我的情况如下：
我是中国EB3，优先日期在06年，485已经在07年大潮里递交，现在用H1B工作，同时
持有EAD和AP。我在递交485后结婚，妻子原先在美用H1B工作，最近辞职刚返回中国工作。
我的问题是
1）在我的排期到了后，我的妻子是不是只有她的人在美国，才可以递交485？ 她不是中国国籍，可不可以用免签先到美国，再递交配偶的485申请？
-Depends on what 国籍 she has. For example, if she is Canada citizen, she can 用免签 to enter U.S. with B2 status (she can get the B2 I-94 ath teh port of entry). Then, she can file I-485 when your PD is current. She also can get the H4 I-94 /status at the port of entry by providing your H1 approval notice and then, file I-485.

还是必须在有visa的状
态例如H4或者H1，才可以递交485？
-Not need visa if she can 用免签, but she has to have a non-immigration status.

2）她的H4是不是必须在美国以外申请？可不可以通过免签先到美国，再申请？
-See above answer.

3）如果我使用了EAD卡，她如果没有自己的H1或者F1之类的签证，作为EAD的配偶，她是不是无法合法进入美国，只能通过follow up to join来获得绿卡？
-She can 用免签 to enter US to get B2 status.

4）follow up to join是只能在排期变为当前才能递交还是可以现在就递交然后等待？
5）一般当排期变为当前后，follow up to join要花费多久可以拿到绿卡？会比在美国
本土递交485慢很多么？
