您说我可以在H1 expire之前离境，然后在perm pending 一年之后再回来，可是perm pending 一年说明我h1已经expire,那我怎么回来？
-Because the time you spend outside U.S. is not counted as your H1 time (e.g. you leave US 2 months before your 6 year h1 expires and that means you still have two months H1 left in the 6 year h1), you can use this H1 time (2 months) again. You just ask your employer file an H1 petition for this the same length as that you spend in China (2 months) and then, you can use this h1 approval notice to get an h1 visa to come back. After you enter US, you can file h1 extension before the h1 expires (within 2 months) beyond the 6 year limit.
还是说可以请这边的律师做H1 recap把没用的几个月extent回来，然后在中国签证再回来？有点想不太通，所以还得麻烦您，万分感谢。
