我在州政府工作，这里编制很严格。现在我的位置已经编制为permament 职位，虽然我的签证是暂时的。 现在如果打广告，hr那里不好通过。
-Most PERM positions are similar to yours and the PERM advertisement is just for the employee's GC (not true position open, equal to doing re-hire procedure again). The problem is how to design the advertisement of position requirments to limit the competitor and thus, ensure the employee can win the competition for the position.
