回复：绿卡广告前，要求close这个位置吗?

公司没有办理绿卡的前例，
请问，申请绿卡的广告，是不是应该先close这个位置，然后打广告，我再申请呢?
-What do you mean to close这个位置? The PERM advertisement is not related to the position you are working even if the responsibilities are the same as your current position. your current position is temporary, but PERM position is permanent. PERM position is a new position and if it is your position changing to PERM position, your position will be automatically cancelled after this PERM position is filled (equal to that you are hired again or somebody else is hired).
