我是以绿卡的身份为我的儿子申请绿卡的。2A Preference 的 I-130在08年11月被Approved.他目前的身份是F1.

我的儿子是86年4月份出生的，我是05年8月份为他申请的，用2A Preference计算的话， Priority Date于09年11月成为Current。按照Child Status Protection Act的年龄计算公式，他现在也还属于21岁以下.

但是我于09年7月成为公民。

现在的问题是，现在能否以2A的preference递交I-485? 一般情况下，移民局会不会在Priority Date到达后寄出可以递交I-485的通知？

还有，我成为公民这件事对此有没有影响？
-Because you has become a US citizen, your kid can not file the I-485 based on the FB2A (F2A) I-130. You need to write a letter to request USCIS to upgrade your approved I-130 from FB2A to Immediate relative if your kid's CSPA age is still 21 and unmarried, you need to ask USCIS to upgrade your FB2A I-130 to FB1 (F1), then check the PD and your kid can file the I-485 if the PD is current.

如果这次的I-485被拒，能不能继续保持当前I-130的Priority Date，待到将来以2B Preference再次递交I-485?
