但是还有一个问题，我成为公民的时候，我的儿子已经超过了21.所以应该upgrade成1st preference对吗？
-If your kid's CSPA age is more than 21 by this time (not the time you became US citizen), you has to contact USCIS to upgade your I-130 to 1st preference.

我们的律师准备马上递交I-485, 不知道您觉得是应该这一次递交再说，
-USCIS will deny yoour kid's I-485 based on the F2A I-130. It just wastes your money.

还是upgrade I-130然后再等？
-Correct. Talk ot your lawyer about this. I think he/she may not realize that.

Print the following USCIS artilce (especially page 2)and show it to your lawyer in case he/she does not understand the I-130 upgrade:
