1.能以工作要求为原因去Local Office 申请Emergency AP 吗？
-I do not think so.

2.估计以后每年要申请AP, 难道都需要在美国申请完再走吗？-Correct. Also, if USCIS find that you stay/work outside U.S. so long, your I-485 will be denied even if you work for the US company. You may change your I-485 to consular processing in this case. Talk to your lawyer before you leave US because this may aslo be related to your family GC application or status.
