863211 please help with my case

I have a Eb2-based140 approved in NSC and 485 is pending at NSC. Now my EB1-based 140 just got approved at TSC.
If i want to relink this new 140 with the previous 485, where should i send my hu*****and's 485? We are both in TX and he didn't file 485 with me when i had my Eb2 485 filed.
