I was kind of concerned about the mess up and delay since my hu*****and need the EAD in a few month.
-Fine for him EAD.

Not sure if it's better to file a new 485 for myself.
-Not need to file a new I-485. Just pay attention to your case and contact USCIS regualrly and everything will be fine.

The problems is i cannot finish the medical check now because of my pregnancy.
