That means if you file both I-129F for K (e.g. k3) visa and I-130 for IR-1 visa at the same time, and USCIS approve both of your I-129F and I-130, then NVC will terminate the K (e.g. k3) visa process and just process your IR-1 visa when NVC receive the approved I-129F and I-130 at the same time from USCIS.

If you only file I-129F for your spouse's K3 visa application, it should have no problem.
