从2月1日起，申请K-3，K-4签证 改为申请 IR-1，IR-2 签证了（我这样理解）。

IR-1/IR-2 is an immigration visa fora US citizen's spouse/children, and the
a US citizen's spouse/children will get their lawful permanent residency (GC) immediately at rthe port of entry when they enter U.S.

So, K3/K4 visa and IR-1/IR-2 are different visa types and the a US citizen's spouse/children can choose to apply for either one of these visas.

请问：IR-1， IR-2 签证需要多久？
-Normally 6 months to one year from filing I-130.
