请问 哪位知道 新规定 EAD filiing 地址

我住Chicago, filing EAD renew (I485 pending), 是寄到USCIS phoenix lockbox, 还是寄到 USCIS chicago lockbox? 读了USCIS 的规定后， 非常迷惑， 请各位指教. 谢谢!
