-USCIS may ask your employer to prove that you will come back to work for that position.

按照您所说意思，如果我换岗的话，我没必要在绿卡批下来之前回到递交PERM的职位，只要递交PERM的时候有这样的意愿（不管什么时候）即可？好像很蹊跷。
-GC application is for the future position, so it works technically. But your employer needs to convice USCIS that they will hire you for that position after you get the GC.
