护照过期，刚拿到renew了新的护照，I-94 到5月底到期，到哪里去延I-94(我是H-4 签证)，能不能提前去延I-94?
-You can not extend your I-94. You need to file H4 extension application (I-539) before your current I-94 expires (May 2010) to renew your H4 status within U.S. or just go outside U.S. to get an H4 visa to come back to get a new I-94.
