sorry,有点不明白,可能我没说清楚,我H4签了3年到Sep/2012,过海关给了6个月到May/2010,但是护照快过期,刚换了护照,我是因该换新的I-94,还是I-94延期,如何做,到哪里去做,我在新泽西,
-You need to file H4 extension application before May 2010 or go outside U.S. to get a new h4 visa to come back (you will get a new I-94 with a new duration as the same as your spouse H1 duration, e.g to Sept 2012).

我H4签了3年到Sep/2012,
-Because you was issued a new I-94 to May 2010 when you reentered U.S., this "H4签了3年到Sep/2012" is useless.
