请问我这样的理解对不对？
如果父母双方都成为公民，那么他们的未成年的孩子不需要申请，自动成为公民。
如果父母只有一方成为公民，一方保持绿卡，那么他们的孩子就需要申请130， 就像走父母当时申请绿卡的过程，只是没有排期的限制？如果一方成为公民，为国内未成年的子女申请，一般需要多长时间？续要找律师吗？
