我老婆俩周后去领馆签证的时候，那个时候我还没有换雇主。但是有可能在她得到h4签证后在国内继续停留的一个多月期间换到另外的一个公司。一样她入关会有问题吗？
-Yes, unless you still work for the old employer when she returns to U.S. and then, you can change the employer and she will be OK. If you change the employer firest and then she comes back later using the visa based on the old h1 approval notice, her status will be a problem.
