像这种情况，如果老婆北京返签成功后，但是返回美国之前我file h1b transfer petition的话（不给我老婆file h4 extension，她还用她现在已有的I797身份纸入境），在我的 h1b case pending期间她返回美国入境会有问题吗？
-After your wife leaves US, her h4 status will be finished (she is like everyone in China and has nothing to do with USCIS in this case). So, she has to apply for a new H4 visa to come back using your new H1 approval notice which is sponsored by your current employer (new employer with the pending H1 transfer). If she uses your old h1 approval notice to get the H4 visa to come back, it is status violation and she will have big problem.

So, your wife has to wait for your H1 transfer is approved and use the new h1 approval notice to get her h4 visa to come back. I hope you can understand what I am talking about.
