my case is, 1-140 approval and waiting for 485, but my boss can not renew my H1B ,becase he can not give me the raise for my wage that is lower than prevailing wage,my H1B will be expired on 03/02/10 for 6 year period,
-You may ask your boss to change your full-time H1 to part-time H1 (e.g. 20, 25, 30, 35 hours/week) and thus you can keep your H1 status.

my fiance is canadian and has H1B that started 10/01/09, if we marry , can I transfer to H4?
-Yes.
H serial visa is accounted total 6 year,no matter H4 or H1B?
-No, it is separate and that means you can be H1 status for 6 years regularly and then, be H4 status for another 6 years.

if I can transfer H4, can I look for job and re-apply H1B?
-Yes, of course.
