little bit confused, If I change to H4 after 03/02/10,and my old company do not concel my 1-140(even it is approved) after 03/02/10, under this condition, I can find new job and swicth H1b and redo perm and !-140, otherwise(I mean old company cancel my I-140) I can not swicth H1B for ever,even new company want to give me H1B, right?
