-Yes, it may be helpful.

２　听说不领结婚证也能去签证，可以吗？
-Ok, but the VO may ask why your friend invite her to visit US without any relatioship to your friend's family. So, she has to find some kind of reasons.

由于涉及到遗产等问题，老俩也不太愿意结婚。
３　他们现在领结婚证，然后马上签证，会不会很容易被拒？
-It shoild not be a problem as long as they convince the VO they will return to China after they shortly visit US (no immigration intent).
３．　签证官的系统里有我朋友父母的信息吗？如有，是不是她当时来美的时候交的表上的信息？
-It is irrelevant to the visa application. They only need to show the relationship between your friend and her father (kid and parent), and the marriage relationship between your friend's father and his new wife (this prove the laddy is your friend's step mother, so your friend wants her to visit US and thus they can know each other).
