my H1B will be expired on 03/02/09,and I can not get H1B extension due to my prevailing wage,and I am trying to find another job before 03/02/09, you know if I find the new job later than 03/02/09,Can I do the H1B transfer legally,does H1B have grace period?thanks a lot
