我的一位朋友今天收到通知485被拒，他有H1身份，但是他的太太和2个孩子在1月15号之前要求离境。原因是没有打指纹，但是实际上他们10月份收到打指纹通知，几天又收到打指纹被取消的通知，所以没有去打指纹。

请问各位，他们现在应该怎麽做才能让老婆孩子合法在美国，appeal吗？
-Just file an I-485 Motion to Reopen (MTR)/Reconsideration (Form I-290B) (provide the 打指纹被取消的通知 and explanation with the MTR filing). Then, they can stay in US, and not need to 离境.
