H1未到期，突然被解雇，I140尚未批，天那！

两个问题。
1、老板只给我30天时间，但H1还有两年，若30天过期能否在美国继续呆下去。
2、我办的是NIW，若在30天内在其他州找到工作，有可能申请材料从一个中心转到另外一个中心处理，这对结果有何影响？
