如你同时申请了I485， 30天后如果还没照到工作，你可以用I485的AOS身份继续滞留美国。但你的H1身份失效了。
关于这次事件对你的NIW的影响，谁都无法预料。本来NIW的难度就不小，有了这次事件后，不确定性就更高了。
总之如找到工作，如还是同一领域，NIW的问题还不太大。
