有人在机场申请过I-94吗？

H-4马上就要过期了，正在转F-1，但还是在pending（可能还得再过几个月才能批），因为驾照是跟着原来H-4的，有人说到机场去，拿着receipt就可以去办一张新的I-94.有人有办过吗？在机场的哪个部门呢？谢谢啦！
