紧急请教各位大侠：AP丢了如何办是好。

紧急请教各位大侠：
我的一个朋友回中国他们是EAD工卡，申请半年有效的AP回乡证，
但是他们在旅游时候不小心在北京把AP给丢了。
但是手里还有刚刚=过期的上半年的旧AP回乡证。
正在着急不知如何办是好，
请问怎样才能返回美国？？
用EAD工卡 和以前过期的AP及其 I-140可以返回美国而不被拒绝吗？？
请问手续如何办理？？
