kid's 485

请问，如果kid(VA)与父亲(Washington state)一起file485，但与父亲住在不同的州，485的邮寄地址是根据父亲所在的州， 还是小孩所在的州？ 还是得跟父亲的485一起在一个信封里邮寄到USCIS? thanks



for example:
the address for filing 485 if living in Washington state:

USCIS
Nebraska Service Center
P.O. Box 87485
Lincoln, NE 68501-7485

the address for filing 485 if living in Virginia:

USCIS
Texas Service Center
P.O. Box 851804
Mesquite, TX 75185-1804

which address should the kid use if she files 485 with her father who lives in Washington state?
