请问，如果kid(VA)与父亲(Washington state)一起file485，但与父亲住在不同的州，485的邮寄地址是根据父亲所在的州， 还是小孩所在的州？ thanks

which address should the kid use if she files 485 with her father who lives in Washington state?
-You had better send your kid's I-485 together to the same address as yours if your kid's I-485 is based on your I-140/I-130 (derivative status of yours), and put your kid's address on the Form I-485 as the same address as yours even if he/she is living in VA.

还是得跟父亲的485一起在一个信封里邮寄到USCIS?
