他们是想在这里呆一段后，我们一块回去，我拿着绿卡，在给他们在国内办理824，所以我想要是我拿到了绿卡，他们仍然拿着h4,然后我们一起离境，不知道到时候会不会有麻烦
-If you get your green card, they will be out of status. If they are unlawful present > 180 days or >one year, they can not be allowed to enter US within 3 years or ten years. If they are unlawful present for only two three months, they should be OK to get the immigration visa in China to come back.
