1 如果我已经在美国递交了自己的485。那家属还能在中国获得h4签证马，因为只是递交了 485，绿卡还没有下来，不知道对他们申请h4有没有影响。
-As long as your status is still H1, they have no problem to get H4 visa no matter whether you file I-485 or not.

2 如果他们能在以上的情况下来美，那如果在美国期间我的485批了，绿卡拿到，他们还能在这里呆马，还是要出境
-They can file I-485 and stay in US with AOS if your PD is current. If your PD is not current, they may need to leave US and get an immigration visa using consular processing n China to come back when your PD is current.
3 递交485的时候如果同时递交了131。765，是不是会影响绿卡下来的速度？
