我原是H1B，整3个星期前丢了工作，现在有个口头offer,说下周四会有正式offer.丢工作后的第二天网上填了转身份的i-539， 要求转B2， 现在还在initial preview阶段， 也不知道能不能批。 现在我该怎么把身份转回h1b?

要尽快撤销B2神情吗？

要不要出境转H1？
-Dpends on whether you can get the h1 application fully with I-94. If the approval has no I-94, go out of U.S. to get an H1 visa to come back.
