-No.
如果没能够急时撤下：
B2先批准，是不是H1B会因此而被拒？
-No.
那我是不是就要另外申请B2-H1？
-No. That is ideal.

B2后批准，新的H1B会不会被冲掉？
-Yes. Then, you need to do change of status again from B2 to H1. That is why I suggest you to withdraw the B2 application if H1 is approved first.
