any immigration benefits gained based on fraud can be revoked. For a judge to strip your US citizenship on this ground, government must establish that you gained GC or US citizenship by fraud. In this daughter's case, she may argue the DS230... GC part fraud is not her fault, but the N400 part saying mother is dead is definite her fraud.
