现在我已经转成了学校的part time的H1B。如果我很快找到了工业界的offer，是不能办H1B transfer的对吧？
-Yes, you can if you have worked for the school for a couple of months.
因为学校的H1B和工业界的H1B是俩个不同系统对吗？
-It is irrelevant. H1 status is the same no matter you work in industrial compnay or school.


我记得移民局好像对换工作有些要求。好像是说你必须在一个单位工作相当长的一段时间才可以换去别的单位工作。

现在有个公司对我很感兴趣。但是像我这种情况是不是必须在这个学校至少工作个3-5个月才可以换到别的公司的工作啊（如果拿到offer的话）？
-three months is enough.
申请转换到工业界H1B的时候移民局是不是要你出示我在这个学校的paycheck阿？
-Correct.
如果一天都没去工作的话就转走，移民局会不会不批阿？
