-Not true. The same as from 工业界 to 工业界. The only difference if when a person applys for H1 to work in a industrial company, he/she needs to get a H1 quote. But all the h1 status has the some benefits no matter you work in a school or in a industrial company.
而从工业界的H1B tranfer到工业界的H1B只要拿到receipt notice就可以开始工作了。
