I definitely will extend my H1.
My question is if I have to extend my wife's I-94?
-Is her status H4? If she wants to keep h4 status, she needs to file h4 extension application before the I-94 expires. But if she wants to work using EAD, she does not need to extend her H4 and her status will be AOS after the H4 I-94 expires or after she use EAD to work.

I also plan to apply for an EAD for her.
