各位帮忙看看这个律师靠不靠谱？

H1B下月到期，律师帮做延期，同时要去H4的visa和I94复印件。现在来信说
In looking at your wife’s documents, they noticed that she is H-4 status (
dependant family member) based on your H1-B status, and that your wife’s
status requires extension sooner than yours (her current H-4 expires in
October).

The attorney asked for copies of your wife’s prior H-4 proceedings approval
notice and to confirm her start date in the U.S. in H-4 status.

其实我们的有效期是一样的。H4都是直接去使馆申请，好像也没有什么H-4
proceedings。反正我们是没有什么approval notice。

这个律师是不是以为H4跟H1B的申请一样？同时信中也说要1000的律师费。
大家觉得这个律师靠谱吗？是不懂还是骗钱？
