对了，还有个问题，那现在我的I-130要重新批了？
-No need 重新批. Your I-130 approval always valid. They now just process your I-485, not I-130 anymore.
这个需要多久呢？是不是I-130批了之后，I-485,I-765才会开始审批，
-Yes, for I-485. Not necessary for I-765.
这个又大概需要多久呢？
-Several months.

-No. Your status will be Adjustment of Status (AOS) after your B2 expires. Your green card application has no problem to be approved. So, don't worry.
