7． 面试后没几天，我们就收到了一份信，从Department of Homeland Security P.O. Box 30111-30115 Laguna Niguel, CA寄来的。是I-130 approval notice,说已经approved。信中它说把org petition sent to Department of State National Visa Center(NCV), 32 Rochester Avenue, Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909. 如果90天还没有处理好，可以电话询问。
-I think USCIS made a mistake to send your case to NCV which only deals with the green card application case for Consular processing outside of U.S.


9． 昨天我们又收到了一封信，是从U.S. Citizenship and Immigration SVC California Service Center P.O. Box 30111 Laguna Niguel, CA寄来的,是个I-130 transfer notice. 它说我的申请被transfer to USCIS, P.O. Box 648005 Lee’s Summit , MO, 原因是:we transfer this case because the record indicates that office has jurisdiction over the case.信里还提到了,如果有额外的其他申请(a Premium processing application or petition),要联系另外一个电话。
-I think they found the mistake and sent your case to the right place, National Benefits Center (NBC), which deal with your case such as for the interview.


1． 那天I-485面试，是不是就算fail了？
-No.
further review代表什么
-They need to review your case again to approve.
？是最坏的情况吗？
-It is very normal.
现在我们需要准备什么呢？
-Wait.
2． I-130明明已经approved了，为什么现在又transfer to other place, because the office has jurisdiction over the case.
-Because your case needed interview and NBC is responsible for it, NBC took over your case and will approve your case there.
说实话，这个原因我很不解阿。是因为他后来发现我是B1进来的，所以反悔了吗？还是现在需要I-130的材料去辅助I-485的申请？或者需要I-130的材料去辅助I-765的申请？

3． 我会不会被直接reject掉，然后被遣返回国阿。现在我来的时候的I-94面试的时候已经被拿到了，我进来的时候给了我3个月，到11月中，我是不是就变成非法的身份了？我该怎么办啊？
-Nothing worried about and just wait. You will fine.
