回复：Pijiang, help! H4 denied and asked for leaving US!

My son is a second year college student and currently is in AOS since June 2007 (his I-485 is still pending in TSC). We got decision from USCIS today that his application has been denied and he is required to depart US even though he is in AOS. What should we do next step?
-Nothing needed to do for his AOS and just ignore USCIS requiring him to depart U.S. He is legal to stay in U.S. even if his H4 application was denied. But he only can use AP for future travel.

Consult with an attoney? appeal/motion? or just leave us and get new H4? thanks a lot.
