急问：140批准一年半，485递上去PENDING近两年，layoff后

公司会不会REVOKE I-140？
一位朋友的I-140已经批准有1年半了，485 也递上去近两年了（是07年7月份都CURRENT时递的）。昨天被雷。请问原公司有权利REVOKE已经批准一年半的I-140吗？
