-Yes. But if the old company cancels/revokes the approved I-140, USCIS may send the RFE to you.

or if has RFE, but using the similar way as stated below post, transfer H1B to a company, same/similar business field, but not working, when RFE, use this company to provide document, is that OK?
-Yes. As as long as you get the offer letter when you get the RFE, it will be OK.
