You need to provide a copy of your H1 Approval Notice and your latest I-94 (entry using AP) and explain in the cover letter that you are qualified to contniue to work legally for your current employer after using AP to reenter U.S. based on the INS Memo (5-16-00) H/Ls Who Work After Entering on Advance Parole.
