烦请各位朋友解答485 RFE 问题，非常感谢，在线等

本人在A公司的H1 2002年11月15日到期，B公司的H1申请在11月15日前2，3 天寄出，在等待期间一直在B公司工作，B公司的H1批准书从2003年6月16日生效。现在RFE 要求: submit evidence that you had permission to work in U.S on the following date: 11/16/2202---06/15/2003
在等待期间确实没有permission,记得当时律师说，只要在H1 到期之前将申请寄出，便可在新公司工作，现在很担心，请不吝指教，如何提供补件，多谢各位
