要不要withdraw 485?

07年8月LD作为主申请人我们交了Eb2的485。现在我要file EB1b，准备同时交485，可
律师说每人只能有一个485，要我们一交上去就withdraw原来的485，要不然CIS可能会
deny either application.

又问了LD的律师却说没必要马上withdraw，可以等我这边140批下来以后再撤。

怎么办？两边的律师说的不一样，我们该听谁的？
有相似经历的么？我们该怎么办？
